This house is perched on the edge of hills surrounding the wide expanse of Pawna lake. The design intention was to reflect the properties of the lake and and this came about in the form a radiant blue. We combined this with muted shades of grey which served as a backdrop for the blue to express itself freely as well as to impart a rustic feel to the interior spaces.The beds were built-in in order to minimize maintenance as well as keep with the rustic character.
